Is the solar eclipse a global pandemic?

The event is forecast to last for a total of 1,700 days, ending on December 21, 2024.
In the meantime, there are some things to keep an eye on.
First, there’s the possibility of a solar eclipse over Antarctica, as the sun is heading south.
The polar vortex is due to pass through the region on December 14, 2024, and the sun will pass through at least the northern part of Antarctica.
In the next week or so, the polar vortex will begin to weaken, and then the sun should start heading toward the west, where it will eclipse over the US.
